Rights Management
The audio stream produced by atcmonitor.com is
protected by Windows Media Digital Rights Management (DRM). This action
was taken due to theft of our audio stream by other webmasters on the Internet.
With DRM enabled, you will only be able to listen to the audio stream from
atcmonitor.com. However, DRM requires that you have the latest software
updates and that your are running a supported operating system and browser.
Supported Operating Systems and Supported Browsers
Internet Explorer is supported. We are sorry but Mozilla,
Netscape, most versions of MAC, and some versions of Firefox are not supported and will not work.

If you are having trouble connecting, you should delete any cookies associated
with "atcmonitor.com" or "cgi-bin[1].txt". An easy way
to view the cookies directory is to sort by date/time and look at the most
recent entries.
Browse to your C:\Documents and Settings\your-user-name\Cookies directory and
delete any cookies that start with the following names
"atcmonitor.com[1].txt." or "cgi-bin[1].txt". If you
are not sure, click INTERNET OPTIONS then click the GENERAL tab and then click
DELETE COOKIES.
Once you delete the cookies, CLOSE ALL BROWSER WINDOWS.
Re-launch atcmonitor.com to reacquire the license to hear the audio.
Firewalls and Security Software
Make sure your firewall or security
software allows Windows Media Player to work. If you cannot listen to
Windows Media Files from other sites such as amazon.com, your security software
is blocking access to Windows Media Player. Contact your security software
vendor or manufacturer for assistance.
Avoid Proxy
Microsoft reports issues with regards to
proxy servers. To listen to this stream, avoid any proxy applications at
this time. Microsoft is aware of the issue and should have an update
release soon. If you are not sure, check with your internet service
provider to see if they are utilizing a proxy server.
Update your Windows Media Security
Your machine might not have the latest Windows Media Player security
updates. You can update DRM (digital rights management) by clicking the

your machine, you should be able to hear the audio until the license is expired.
Then you have to again require the license.

must click to verify your registration. After you click the link to
verify, you will be presented with a link to fetch the license for TRACON and
TOWER. If you miss that link, you can get to it at anytime by logging into
our discussion forum, then click QUICK LINKS, then click UPDATE
PROFILE. After updating your profile, you will be provided a link
to fetch the license for TRACON and TOWER.

When reporting the failure, indicate your operating system and
version#, web browser and version#, also indicate if you are running a personal
firewall and if so what type? also advise if you are running any proxy or
scanning system and version #.
